Structure and characteristics
According to the domestic and foreign advanced technology,  ZW7-40.5 series outdoor ac high voltage vacuum circuit breaker is jointly developed recently,  the product has many advantages, for example , novel structure design, reasonable plan combination,
convenient operation , long service life and so on.  Its structure have good sealing, anti-aging, high pressure resistance, no burning, no explosion danger because of its new insulation materials . This product is equipped with high precision and high performance current transformer , so it has high reliability and little maintenance . product can reduce and area and investment because of its strong complete sets feature. The product overall structure is porcelain pillar type , the upper porcelain belongs to the arching chamber . its inside built-in vacuum arcing chamber . the following belongs to strut porcelain . three phase Linkage section ,  current transformer and operating mechanism are all packed in a waterproof structure box . by the turn arm and insulating rod arcing, the chamber running end is combined with the structure output shaft .

ZW7-40.5 series outdoor ac high voltage vacuum circuit breaker mainly includes vacuum arcing chamber, current transformer, transmission structure and operation structure.
Arcing chamber assembly
Vacuum arcing chamber is a major part of the product, in order to adapt to the outdoor products request , the product arcing chamber is redesigned according to the outdoor running and its structural characteristics .
Vacuum arcing chamber is installed in the box of the porcelain , new type of insulating material is filled between the arc extinguish chamber with porcelain gap , it can overcome any condensation phenomenon and avoid series of problems caused by gas and oil .Opening a round hole in the middle of aluminum bracket can measure and adjust the vacuum interrupter clearance and over-travel .
Current transformer
W7-40.5 series outdoor ac high voltage vacuum circuit breaker is equipped with current transformer . Each phase can be two windings  ,two winding, four windings can be combined random, it is used for measuring and protection , technical parameters see fig 1 and fig 2.

Operation mechanism
ZW-40.5 series outdoor ac high voltage vacuum circuit breaker can be equipped with the electromagnetic actuator or spring operation mechanism. Operation mechanism and connecting rod are installed in the box .the components is waterproof.
Transmission mechanism
Transmission mechanism includes insulating rod , crank and the guide rod . adjusting the insulating rod and guide rod can adjust Switch clearance and contact over-travel.

Transportation and storage
The circuit breaker is fixed in the closing position ,Circuit breaker is Complete assembly state in transportation. Porcelain includes Protection cover together accessories and document .
Check the breaker nameplate data, closing operation voltage, transformer specification is consistent with contracts, check the porcelain bushing are in good condition.
The circuit breaker mustn't be turned over , tilted ,collided and vibrated strong in transportation and Loading and unloading .The housing's four rings must be hooked horizontally and make sure the wire rope don't run into insulating rod and porcelain When lifting circuit breaker in order to avoid damage to the product
circuit breaker should be moved to indoor storage if it  is not used for a long time , porcelain protection cover do not have to take  off,  spare parts should be kept indoors . All kinds of spare parts should be stored in a dry ventilated place,  the insulation parts should pay attention to moistureproof
Mounting and debugging
Before mounting ,strong basis and necessary place should need to be ready , site location is connected with open the product  door . the diameter of the four foot bolt is  20 m, the recommended base height is 1500 m
In order to ensure the switch running safely and reliably, the following checks shall be carried out before installation.
Packaging is dismantled, check the appearance of the switch, if there is a crack vases, box surface is in good condition, whether nameplate data accordance with orders, switch's  attachment is complete
circuit breaker mounting holes size is shown in figure 2.
Transition chassis can be installed on the circuit breaker underframe, it Connects reliably ground wire by ground wire bolt
Opening the mechanism door , then open and close circuit breaker by hand . check the following items: divided and close movement steadily , the jam resistance clip ,detentionor jitter etc bad phenomenon is not permitted .
The product is adjusted well before leaving the factory , the user do not need to readjust and measure again.
After unpacking the maintenance opening , the debugging method is as follows:
As shown in figure 1, loosen the hand hole cover plate bolt, take out the hand hole cover plate and make the guide rod and contact spring exposed, using steel ruler to test the switch clearance and over-travel , closing speed, opening speed, three-phase opened not synchronism,  closing bounce time etc mechanical properties according to the vacuum switch mechanical properties . the data should be the same as electrical and mechanical features parameter table. If the check item does not meet the requirement, it should be adjusted.
See fig 3 , loose the nut 2, adjust the length of conducting pole 7,  , loose the nut 10, adjust the length of connection pole 9. then change the insulating pull rod length , In the end adjust the switch over-travel.
